I have yet to start running but have taken to the cross trainer like a sweat crazed failed aerobics instructor. I need to put a lot more time in at the gym but I have been doing a bit of work lately and had little time to go. However when I did they were pretty long stints and that may have helped towards my weight today after my weigh in. Plus with the amount of work I have been doing I have been eating lightly. Plus there are no treats in the house (after I polished last ice cream in the freezer) but I found a new like. Het bought a Pineapple and sliced it all up and left it in the fridge. So every time I felt hungry and gravitated towards the fridge I ate some of that chilled tasty yellow flesh of my favourite tropical fruit. Otherwise I tried to contain my hunger with some nuts. OK they were Cashews and probably not the best but hey, you still gotta like what you eat.
So, I am slightly pleased with todays reading, even though I am not happy about how I am feeling. Pretty run down still fending off a cold with my outstreched arms while trying to look after my boy and keep my pregnant wife happy. Its a difficult cocktail of life. So I designed a little graph to map out my Project Sub 90 path so lets have a look.

Well you can clearly see the weight is coming off, but notice there is a bit to do before I hit that 90 mark.
